Sara Sela offers our customers a variety of services including:
· Custom designs, alterations/modifications and repairs.
All custom orders are welcome, allowing for availability of materials and at least one month for completion.
Return and Repair Policy
All items purchased at Sara Sela can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, required that the item(s) is(are) returned in received condition; unaltered and undamaged. However, if an item is received damaged, it must be returned within 7 days and mark the package in the care of "Attention: Item damaged in delivery ". Repairs for such items will be free of charge. Please be prepared to present your enclosed receipt/invoice and all the documentation that the piece came with upon return. Customers will be credited in accordance with their original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.
Items being returned for repair can be done so at any time within the first 12 months of purchase. Please be aware of possible design changes when dealing with restringing pieces and especially if a main component is missing which cannot be matched exactly. Repairs for items returned beyond 30 days will have a minimal fee of $10; a final price will be determined upon assessing the repairs needed.
